Paper Submission Guidelines
Proposals for Special Sessions/Tracks are cordially invited. Interested individuals may contact the organizing committee.
a. Originality and Scope
All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should present significant and novel contributions to the field relevant to the conference themes.
b. Manuscript Length and Format
- The maximum manuscript length is 5 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Additional pages may be included for an extra fee.
- Authors must prepare their manuscripts according to the Taylor & Francis conference template, which can be downloaded from the conference website.
- Manuscripts must be formatted in English, using clear and concise language.
c. Submission Process
- All papers must be submitted electronically through Microsoft CMT, and it must include necessory details (paper id and title, author names, affiliations, and contact information).
d. Review Process
- Manuscripts will undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by at least two independent experts
- The review criteria include originality, relevance, technical quality, clarity, and significance.
e. Plagiarism Policy
- Submitted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using software such as iThenticate.
- Manuscripts with similarity exceeding 20% may be rejected or returned for revision.
f. Ethical Considerations
- Authors must adhere to ethical guidelines, including proper citation of prior work and avoiding duplicate publication
- Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed during submission.
g. Camera-Ready Submission
- Upon acceptance, authors must submit a camera-ready version of their manuscript by the specified deadline, incorporating reviewers’ comments.
- The final manuscript should strictly follow the Taylor & Francis formatting and style requirements.
- To ensure a double-blind peer review, please avoid including author-identifying information in the main manuscript text or file name.
h. Copyright and Publication
- Authors must agree to transfer copyright to Taylor & Francis upon acceptance or grant an exclusive license for publication.
- Accepted papers will be published in the Taylor & Francis conference proceedings series, indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and other databases.
i. Presentation Requirement
- At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper (in person or virtually).
- Failure to present may lead to exclusion of the paper from the proceedings.
